Ingredients: 2 cups Collard Greens, 1 diced Granny Smith Apple, 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks, 1 frozen Banana, 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder. Blend all together until desired consistency is reached. Pour into your favorite to go cup and enjoy.
My personal benefits of this drink is, I am full longer, it helps my digestive track, and increased energy throughout the day.
Ingredients: 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water, 1 frozen banana, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 cups frozen mixed tropical fruit, 1 teaspoon Tumeric powder, and 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder.
